Pillar Overview

The CoCo Love Doula Academy is CoCo Love Collective’s workforce development and doula training pillar that prepares future birth workers to support families throughout California. Individuals often pursue doula training because they want to serve their communities, expand their knowledge of maternal health, or build a career supporting families during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and early parenthood. Through education, mentorship, practical learning opportunities, and professional development, the Academy helps participants build the knowledge and skills needed for community-based maternal and family wellness work while contributing to a stronger local doula workforce.
